9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prakmas operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
