Industries

Sector depth, not sector claims

We work where our stack genuinely fits the problem. These eight sectors reflect work we take on and understand, and we will say so plainly when a project sits outside them.

How we choose

What sector depth means here

Plenty of firms list twenty industries. We list eight, and it is worth being precise about what that list claims.

  • 01

    Engineering problems, not domain claims

The problems behind these sectors rhyme: data nobody may lose, integration with a system nobody is allowed to replace, and interfaces used by people who keep getting interrupted. That is where our depth sits. We are not a regulatory consultancy or an actuarial firm, and we will not present ourselves as one.

  • 02

A sector is listed when the stack fits

Web, mobile, AI and machine learning, cloud, DevOps, and UI/UX, applied where they genuinely answer the problem. Where the work needs domain expertise we do not hold, the useful answer is to say so and point you at someone who does.

  • 03

    Discovery before commitment

Every engagement opens with a scoping conversation, and a fair share of them end with us saying we are not the right fit. That is the cheapest moment for either side to find it out.

Your sector

Tell us about the one we have not listed

The engineering problems behind most sectors rhyme. If yours is not here, describe it and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.
